PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; FEES APPLY.

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order still contains all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as received.
  • Only normal handling of the product is visible; damage due to improper use is excluded.
  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
  • The product was immediately identified as defective upon receipt.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if all conditions are met, officially confirmed within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they appear used or damaged due to improper handling.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Contact us using our contact form.
  2. Include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product (if damaged)
    • First and last name
    • Customer address

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender’s address. We will provide the correct return address after reviewing your request.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following conditions if they are a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

A. Withdrawal Conditions

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), receive the goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or interrupt the shipping process once the order has been confirmed. Refunds can only be issued after receipt and return of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via our contact form and clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal process is considered complete once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Note on Shipping in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, and transit times may be longer than average. Once goods are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive your order and then proceed with the return process if you still wish to withdraw.

To help us process your withdrawal as quickly as possible, please send us a shipping confirmation once your return has been sent.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional fees for non-standard delivery options) within 14 days of receiving your return and confirming the withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

All returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
